    Global Running Day

    Join us on June 4 at 6pm at James Regional Sports Complex, 8400 W. Robindale Road, for Global Running Day! Hoka will be there to demo shoes and give out prizes, and we'll have snow cones for the first 250 people! This is a free event, so come on out and plan to run/walk a fun 3 miles with us! Every Run is a Good Run!

    4th of July 5k

    Join us for our 4th of July 5k presented by New Balance! We'll have Shave Ice for you after the race and a fun, fast course out at James Regional Park. We'll have an early start to beat the summer heat and lots of water for you on the way! All participants get a finisher medal and t-shirt!

    New Balance will give you a coupon for Shave Ice when you try on a pair of shoes at packet pickup or at the race!
