    Our Passion

    At Red Rock Running Company, staying healthy is our passion. When you come through the door you should see us with a big smile on our face. We are always excited to meet somebody on a fitness journey, and we don't care where you are on that journey! Our vision is to Redefine What It Means to be a Runner, and we believe everybody is a runner! We don't care about body type, gender, age, ethnicity, or any other silo other people try to put you in! Our motto is, Every Run is a Good Run. If you can put one foot in front of the other, then you are a runner! Our own team is made up of runners of all abilities, and even a few who don't like running!

    Running and walking means many things to many people. Whatever you run or walk for, we want to hear all about it. When you come into our store we want to hear your health and fitness story and we want to help you pick out the shoes that are going to help you tell that story in your own unique way! Staying healthy is our passion, and we want to help you express yours!

    Our Story

    On January 22, 2018 an email went out to the Red Rock Running Company customer list stating that the current owner was looking to sell the stores. When Mark first saw that email he didnt give it a second thought, it went right into the trash with all the other junk email he got that day. He had no desire to be a small business owner and his life was busy enough.

    The next morning, like every other morning before, Mark woke up and went for a run. During that four mile run he couldnt stop thinking about owning Red Rock Running Company. He considered his four daughters and how much fun it would be to work in a store with them. He thought about how much fun it would be talking to people every day about running.

    Mark got home and sent an email to the owner saying he was interested. It didn't take long to get a reply. Things moved pretty quick from that point, and Mark went from being a longshot to buy the store to being the only candidate. On March 1, 2018, Mark took over ownership of Red Rock Running Company.

    It wasn't easy. Mark quickly learned that running a small business was more about hard work than it was about talking to people about running. The training he received as a teacher did not prepare him for the competitive world of small business. With the help of an amazing team, however, Red Rock Running Company became what it is today. We're happy to be Las Vegas' premier running destination. We can't wait to welcome you into our store and become a part of your journey!
