Las Vegas is a town built on the service industry. From gaming to entertainment and everything in between, our town is built on service. We pride ourselves on our service at Red Rock Running Company. When you come in we do our best to give you the customer service that you deserve, and we strive to give each of our customers an amazing experience.
I have a vision of what I want Red Rock Running Company to be. For our customers, we are Redefining What it Means to be a Runner. We work hard every day to make sure EVERYBODY is welcome at Red Rock Running Company. For my staff, the vision I have is that I want them to see retail not just as a temporary job, but as a career. As part of that vision I have offered our staff medical, dental, vision, and matching 401k. I want them to see the benefits of having a career while working for a small business. I am always looking at what I can do to help improve the quality of living for my staff.

Tipping has always been part of the service industry. You’ve tipped your food server for a long time now. During Covid, tipping got out of control. We were asked to tip everything and everybody, and we were happy to do it. It seemed like the community was pulling together to a common goal of helping everybody do better. As we’ve come out of Covid, though, many people feel like tipping culture has swung too far. How often have you been asked by somebody who merely took your order at the counter, “it’s going to ask you a few questions?”, meaning you’re about to be asked for a tip.
When you come in for a fit with Red Rock Running Company, we spend time with you making sure you get the right fit. You’re with our associates anywhere from 15 minutes to even 90 minutes. We work hard to serve you, and so starting on Saturday, July 12, we are going to start accepting tips for our sales associates.

Why are we doing this? Well, the short answer is that I want to do everything I can to increase the quality of life for my employees. This is something I am passionate about. We spend time with you, we work with you, and we go the extra mile for you. If you’d like to leave a tip, our team would appreciate it.
One thing I want to be clear on, however, is that while tips are appreciated, they are never expected. We’re going to give you the same great customer service whether or not you leave a tip. Do not feel obligated to leave a tip. The choice is entirely yours. We’re putting this sign at each of our cash wraps. We truly want this to be a guilt-free environment.
We appreciate you as our customer, whether or not you leave a tip.

Thank you for being our customer. Thank you for being a part of this amazing Las Vegas community.
