Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Associate (Running Consultant / Footwear Fit Specialist) who loves helping people.

This is not a typical mall retail job. You’ll give one-on-one fitting experiences, learn about footwear and basic biomechanics, and become a trusted resource for runners and walkers in the Las Vegas community.

No running experience required. We’re not just looking for runners; we’re looking for great sales and customer service people who want to make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide a personalized shoe fitting experience

• Ask questions, listen, and recommend shoes, insoles, socks, and gear that solve real problems

• Learn the basics of gait assessment, footwear technology, and injury-prevention concepts

• Be a problem-solver: answer questions and help customers find solutions

• Help unpack and merchandise new shipments and stay on top of new products

• Support store operations: inventory, restocking, keeping the store clean and organized

• Assist with group runs, local race expos, and special events when needed

• Be a positive, reliable teammate and jump in wherever the store needs you

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred

• Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash/card transactions

• Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math

• Able to stand and move for most of an 8-hour shift and lift boxes of shoes (up to ~30 lbs)

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Schedule & Locations

• Job Types: Full-time 

• Hours: 30–40 hours/week

• Must be available on weekends (rotating weekends, 8-hour shifts)

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $14.00 – $22.50 per hour
